We manufacture galvanised steel structures to the drawings our customers supply, from light supports and walkways to heavy structural steelwork. Every structure is fabricated and hot-dip galvanised to the required dimensions and fit, with the zinc coating and quality standards kept under our control from the first cut to dispatch.

Each structure is made to the drawing for its industry, rather than adapted from a fixed catalogue range.

Structures for Every Industry
Substation structures
We supply structures and supports for 11 kV, 33 kV, 66 kV and 120 kV substations, fabricated to the layout drawings of each voltage class and hot-dip galvanised to withstand years of outdoor exposure. Because every substation layout differs, member sizes, lengths and hole patterns are made to match the drawing, so structures fit on site without rework.
Transmission line structures and towers
Our range for power transmission includes structures for transmission lines, galvanised lattice towers and electrical and telecom towers, together with their accessories. Lattice towers are built to the tower drawing, and are fabricated, galvanised and tested in the same facility, so the finished tower arrives consistent in quality from the first member to the last.
Solar, wind and BESS structures
For renewable energy and battery energy storage projects, we manufacture module mounting structures for ground-mounted and rooftop solar plants, along with walkways, cable trays and earthing. Supplying the mounting steel and the cable and earthing systems from one manufacturer simplifies procurement and keeps the finish and delivery schedule consistent across the site. For wind projects, we fabricate lattice towers to the tower drawing.
Pipeline, industrial and transport structures
We fabricate pipeline supports with accessories for industrial and manufacturing facilities, and steel work and cable support systems for transit corridors. Pipe supports and frames are made to the drawing, so they suit the pipe sizes, spans and loads of the project.
In-House Fabrication, Galvanising and Testing
Fabrication, hot-dip galvanising and testing are all carried out in-house at our own manufacturing unit. Our galvanising is to IS 4759, the Indian Standard for hot-dip zinc coatings on structural steel. Controlling these stages ourselves means a structure is cut, drilled, fabricated and galvanised to the same drawing as one continuous process, with no hand-offs between vendors to delay delivery or compromise the finish. It also means we can take on large project quantities and smaller requirements alike, and respond quickly when a drawing or specification changes on site.
